Note: FikarQ is a digital services marketplace. All services offered on our platform are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.
1. Nature of Services
FikarQ is an online marketplace that connects clients with freelancers for digital services. All deliverables are digital in nature and are transmitted electronically through our platform or agreed-upon digital channels.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Web Development & Programming
- Graphic Design & Illustrations
- Content Writing & Copywriting
- Digital Marketing Services
- Video Editing & Animation
- Virtual Assistance
- Translation Services
- Music & Audio Production
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary based on the service type and complexity:

3. Delivery Methods
Digital deliverables are provided through:
- FikarQ Platform: Direct file upload on our platform (recommended)
- Cloud Storage: Links to Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services
- Email: For smaller files via email attachment
- Code Repositories: GitHub, GitLab for software projects
- Real-time Collaboration: Figma, Google Docs for collaborative work
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once the freelancer marks the order as delivered:
- Client receives a notification via email and platform notification
- Client has 3 days to review and accept the delivery
- If no response within 3 days, the order is auto-accepted
- Client can request revisions within the revision limit specified in the gig
5. Revisions
Most gigs on FikarQ include a specified number of revisions:
- Number of revisions is clearly mentioned in each gig listing
- Revisions must be requested within the original project scope
- Additional revisions beyond the limit may incur extra charges
- Revision requests should be specific and clear
6. Late Delivery
In case of late delivery by the freelancer:
- Client can request a deadline extension if mutually agreed
- Client may cancel the order and receive a full refund
- Repeated late deliveries may affect the freelancer's rating
- FikarQ does not guarantee delivery times but facilitates communication
7. Quality Standards
All deliveries on FikarQ should meet the following standards:
- Match the specifications outlined in the gig or project description
- Be original work or properly licensed materials
- Be delivered in the format specified by the client
- Be free from malware or harmful code (for software deliveries)
