1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FikarQ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FikarQ is an online marketplace that connects freelancers with clients seeking their services. We provide a platform for users to create profiles, post jobs, submit proposals, communicate, and complete transactions securely.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not use another person's account without permission
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Payments and Fees

All payments on FikarQ are processed securely through Razorpay, a RBI-licensed payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All payments must be processed through our official payment system
• Clients pay 0% service fee; Freelancers pay 10% service fee on earnings
• Payments are held in escrow until the order is completed and approved
• Attempting to circumvent our payment system is a violation of these terms
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy

6. Escrow and Milestone Payments

FikarQ uses an escrow system to protect both clients and freelancers:

• Client's payment is held securely until work is delivered and approved
• Freelancer receives payment only after client approves the delivery
• For large projects, milestone payments can be set up
• Disputes are resolved through our resolution center

7. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of a project and full payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed. Freelancers retain the right to showcase work in their portfolios unless specified otherwise in the project agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, FikarQ provides a resolution center to help mediate. We encourage users to first try to resolve disputes directly. Our decision in any dispute is final and binding. For payment disputes, please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

FikarQ is a platform that connects users and is not responsible for the quality of work, the accuracy of user information, or disputes between users. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
